The F-Word: Stories of Forgiveness

INCO and COCC present:

The F Word: Stories of Forgiveness!!

The F-Word: Stories of Forgiveness, a banner exhibit featuring amazing stories of forgiveness, will be on display to the public from January 17th thru the 27th, 2017 at  COCC's Barber Library - 2600 NW College Way (west side of street, past Campus Center).

Exhibit/Library hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am – 10 pm; Friday 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday-Sunday 11 am – 6 pm.

Forgiveness is first and foremost a personal journey: a visceral process with no set rules or time limits. It is not dependent on faith and it is often “as mysterious as love”. Peace, without forgiveness, is not possible.

The Forgiveness Project is an award-winning, secular organization that collects and shares real stories of forgiveness to build understanding, encourage reflection and enable people to reconcile with the pain and move forward from the trauma in their own lives.  The exhibition has been seen in more than 550 venues, across 14 countries, to an audience of over 70,000 people.

Drawing together voices from South Africa, America, Israel, Palestine, Northern Ireland and England, the exhibition examines forgiveness as a healing process, a path out of victimhood and, ultimately, a journey of hope.
