A Muslim American’s Experience in Oregon with Nora Mahmoud

Join Nora Mahmoud, member of Portland’s Muslim Speaker Board, to learn more about the lives, beliefs, and experiences of Muslim Americans living in Oregon.  Born in Virginia and raised all across the nation, Nora has lived in 10 states and 3 countries. She graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.  As a result of the recent influx of refugees arriving in Portland, Nora cofounded the Portland Refugees Support Group.
